If you're not completely satisfied with your Lumière Pro LED Face Mask, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a full refund or exchange — no questions asked. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. We also offer a 30-day results guarantee — if you don't see visible skin improvement, we'll refund you in full.
